Our team will also ensure that we know who will sign for your delivery when the courier drops your goods, to establish a point of contact if any courier issues do occur.

You will be consulted on font types and we will ask you to advise on your brand Pantone colours for print to ensure brand and logo reproduction is as close as possible, and you are chuffed to bits with your finished promotional items.

Your account manager will be in contact with you through all stages of your promotional product order, from quotation through to final delivery, customer service is key to our company ethics.

We will keep in contact with you after the event and make sure you are updated on product developments, and keep you in the loop on any product discounts or marketing news relevant to your business.
